Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive Process Engineering to support production planning, process improvement, quality compliance, team management, and operational performance in a manufacturing environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Collaborate with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules.

* Develop production plans aligned with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

* Assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure achievement of production targets.

* Develop Microsoft Power BI dashboards, analyze production data, and prepare operational reports.

* Identify and resolve quality-related issues and manage change controls and deviations.

* Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and applicable quality standards.

* Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate production staff and workmen.

* Monitor team performance and maintain a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.

* Prepare reports covering production performance, quality metrics, compliance, and process improvements.

* Participate in review meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and corrective actions to stakeholders.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, suppliers/vendors, and outsourcing partners.
