Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced NPI / Manufacturing Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in electronics/PCBA manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for NPI launches, APQP, PFMEA, PFC, PPAP, process improvement, customer coordination and project implementation from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer interaction for APQP completion during RFQ.
• Lead and execute NPI launches and project implementation.
• Participate in APQP and feasibility study activities.
• Ensure availability of jigs, fixtures, tools and other resources before pilot runs.
• Validate machine parameters during prototype and pilot runs.
• Verify BOM, layouts and other project documentation.
• Understand and implement customer-specific requirements (CSR).
• Lead PFC and PFMEA preparation and review.
• Lead PPAP activities and coordinate customer approvals.
• Coordinate with customers on pilot lot observations and CAPA.
• Monitor cycle time, manpower requirements and line balancing.
• Validate tools, jigs, programs and machine settings.
• Manage ECR / ECN activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Management and other cross-functional teams.
• Prepare project plans, technical documentation and detailed engineering deliverables.
• Drive process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning and validation of equipment/processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered within defined time, cost, quality and quantity targets.

Candidate Profile:

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering / NPI, preferably in electronics or PCBA manufacturing.
• Diploma / B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, PFC and NPI processes.
• Good customer interaction and project coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project activities.
