About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop new products, including sheet metal parts, using Catia software.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for production using Autocad.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches by providing technical support during PPAP process.
- Develop quality tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 4-5 years of experience in NPD (New Product Development) engineering role.
- Proficiency in Catia software for designing complex mechanical components.
- Strong understanding of PPAP documentation requirements for automotive industry.
- Experience working on sheet metal fabrication processes.
