NPD Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards for new product development (NPD) projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues during the PPAP process.
• Conduct reverse engineering activities to improve existing products' design for manufacturability, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements throughout the entire NPD cycle.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in an NPD Quality Engineer role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of APQP, bom management, ppap documentation, and reverse engineering principles.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
