About this role
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote wheel products and achieve business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers in tractor/earth moving and wheel manufacturing industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore opportunities to acquire new customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, NPD, Design, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to increase market share and expand the companys customer base.
- Handle customer meetings, business presentations, commercial negotiations, and marketing-related activities.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Coordinate with the NPD team for new product development based on market demand and customer requirements.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in Tractor, Agricultural Equipment, Automotive Components, or Wheel Manufacturing companies will be preferred, especially those having hands-on experience in wheel product development.
