NPD Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage NPD projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing engineering, stamping, welding, and assembly to develop new product designs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for NPD projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the product life cycle.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in automotive components industry as an Engineering Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
• Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different functions such as manufacturing engineering, stamping, welding etc.
