NPD Executive

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of New Product Development (NPD)
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Identify new product ideas, trends, and opportunities
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors
• Manage product samples, testing, and approvals
• Coordinate formulations and product development
• Manage packaging, artwork, and design coordination
• Coordinate GWP/PWP and sampling requirements
• Track product development and launch timelines
• Follow up with vendors for timely deliverables
• Coordinate with Marketing, Ecommerce, and other internal teams
• Maintain NPD documents, samples, specifications, and approvals
• Monitor product quality and resolve development-related issues
• Support product launches, shoots, events, and marketing activities
• Ensure products are developed as per brand requirements and timelines

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in NPD/Product Development
• Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, or FMCG preferred
• Good understanding of cosmetic products and packaging
