About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop new product designs, including sheet metal stamping, press tools, and welded components using CAD software such as BiW.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of NPD projects from concept to production.
- Conduct PFMEA studies and create APQP plans to optimize manufacturing processes for improved quality and efficiency.
- Create detailed PPPAP documents for finished goods (FG) products.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in the automobile industry with expertise in NPD engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as BiW, Excel, and other relevant tools like PFMEA creation.
- Strong understanding of robotics integration into manufacturing processes.
