About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new products or features.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for NPD projects from concept to production launch.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of a project.
Job Requirements :
- 7-9 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) engineering role.
- Strong understanding of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), part development processes.
- Experience in controlling costs through efficient resource allocation and process optimization.
