Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• End-to-end hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD) of electro-mechanical products.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and product design knowledge.
• Experience in design calculations and engineering analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up Analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of Plastic and Sheet Metal Design.
• Strong experience in DFM/DFA and manufacturing feasibility.
• Excellent drawing interpretation and detailing skills.
• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
• Experience working in labs for design Verification & Validation (V&V).
• Good understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM/PDM is required.
• Experience in the Medical domain would be highly relevant.
