NPD Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop new products using Creo software, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes throughout the product development process.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of designed products to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.
• Develop detailed documentation of designs, specifications, and test results for use in Windchill system.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in NPD (New Product Development) engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Creo software for plastic design and casting processes.
• Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles for precise component specification.
• Strong understanding of product validation techniques including prototyping, testing, and analysis.
