Nozzle Finishing Engr

Finish and assemble super-critical turbine nozzle segments: fillet finishing, edge dressing, weld bead removal, grinding, polishing, alignment, fit-up, blue matching, hydrotest support, coating prep, inspection. Follow SOPs, drawings, 5S, safety.

Required Candidate profile

BE/Dip Mech, 5-8 yrs in super-critical nozzle finishing/assembly. Reads drawings; skilled with Vernier, micrometer, gauges, grinders. Knows welding, thermal spray. Open to shifts and FTC.max 2 years
