Key Responsibilities:

• Support healthcare revenue cycle operations for US healthcare clients.
• Assist with insurance verification and claim-related activities, as assigned.
• Help maintain accurate billing information and operational records.
• Support accounts receivable follow-ups and payment-related processes, depending on the assigned team.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy.

What We are Looking For:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Under Graduates from 2024, 2025, 2026.
• Basic understanding of US Healthcare/Medical Billing is an added
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare BPO industry.

Interview Process:

• Level 1 Virtual HR Interview
• Level 2 Assessment
• Level 3 Final Interview

Shift Details:

• US Shift: 8AM - 5.30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
