Job Overview

We are hiring 2026 pass-out graduates for a Non-Voice Medical Healthcare Process in Airoli, Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their careers in the BPO/ITES and healthcare process industry.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling healthcare-related back-office activities, reviewing information, processing data, and ensuring accuracy while adhering to defined quality and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle medical healthcare-related processes through non-voice channels.

Review and process healthcare-related information and documents.

Perform data entry and verify information accurately.

Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines.

Maintain required quality and productivity standards.

Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the concerned team.

Maintain confidentiality of healthcare-related information.

Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

Work effectively with team members to achieve process targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Only 2026 pass-out students are eligible.

Educational qualification: B.Com, BBA, BMS, or BA.

BE/B.Tech and other qualifications are not eligible.

Freshers are eligible to apply.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Willingness to work in night shifts.

Candidates must be willing to work from Airoli, Mumbai.

Compensation & Benefits
