Non Voice Process Associate

Job Description:

• Good written English communication skills.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to understand and process large amounts of information.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
• Healthcare/medical billing/insurance process knowledge is an added advantage.
