Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web support.
  
• Provide excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  
• Work on international non-voice processes such as blended process, semi-voice, chat support, and email processing.
  
• Meet performance targets set by the company.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with customers.
  
• Strong typing speed for efficient data entry operations.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7) depending on business requirements.
