Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for non-IT job openings.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of HR fundamentals and recruitment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of candidate sourcing and screening.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
