Non-Tech Recruiter - Bulk & Lateral Hiring (Contractual)

What you will be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, HR and other business functions.
• Drive bulk and volume hiring for frontline and business roles, ensuring timely fulfilment of hiring targets.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media and other relevant channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups, offer discussions, offer rollouts and joining closures.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities and candidate expectations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume and critical non-technical positions.
• Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing effectiveness, pipeline conversion, time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio and requisition ageing.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance to joining.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure adherence to internal hiring processes and documentation requirements.

What we are looking for:

• 3-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with hands-on exposure to both bulk and lateral hiring for non-technical roles.
• Experience hiring across functions such as Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, HR or other business functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Good understanding of candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and joining closures.
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and candidate-engagement skills.
• A data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to track hiring progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Proficiency in recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing hiring priorities.
