Non Project Procurement - AM/DM

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end non-project procurement, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Handle procurement for marketing campaigns, new project launches, branding, events, and promotional activities.
• Manage administrative, HR, facility-related, ARC, and other indirect procurement requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and favourable commercial terms.
• Develop vendor relationships, maintain procurement documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Drive cost optimisation, vendor performance management, and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6-10 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in non-project procurement, particularly marketing and new launches.
• Proven exposure to indirect procurement, ARCs, administration, HR, and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility: Candidates with relevant hands-on non-project procurement experience will only be considered.
