Non-IT Transition Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT transitions for healthcare clients, ensuring seamless integration of new systems and processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions during the transition period.

Job Requirements :

• 12-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong people management skills with ability to lead large teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare domain with understanding of its unique challenges and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
