Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Team Lead to manage a team of recruiters, drive end-to-end hiring, and ensure timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Non-IT recruiters.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment across Sales, BDE, HR, Finance, Operations, and other Non-IT domains.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Monitor team performance, recruitment targets, and hiring timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of recruitment experience with strong Non-IT hiring expertise.
• Prior team-handling experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, and recruitment trackers.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Work Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore | 5 Days WFO
