Non It Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 24 years of experience in non-IT recruitment and contract hiring. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across various business functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on the required skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Manage contract hiring requirements and coordinate with candidates, vendors, and clients as required.
• Schedule interviews, follow up on interview feedback, and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Achieve daily sourcing, submission, interview, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in contract hiring or contract staffing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills using Naukri and other job portals.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
