Job Description - Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

Location: Noida Sector 62

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented professionals to join our growing Executive Search practice as Recruiters and Senior Recruiters.

Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Executive Search

• Headhunt and identify suitable candidates for middle and senior management positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, networking, referrals, and internet research.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles against client requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Prepare and present shortlisted candidate profiles to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, offer management, and onboarding activities.

Client Management

• Understand client requirements, organizational structure, and hiring expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Reporting & Process Management

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Ensure accurate and regular updates in recruitment systems.
• Meet individual and team hiring targets.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Recruiter)

• Lead and mentor junior recruiters and recruitment teams.
• Review sourcing strategies and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Manage key client accounts and oversee complete recruitment assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

Recruiter

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and executive search.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and recruitment mandates.
• Experience in mentoring or handling recruitment teams will be preferred.

• High confidence and professional presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and assessment capabilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Internet Research, ATS, LinkedIn, and Job Portals.
