Job Overview

CIEL HR Services is looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Ambattur, Chennai. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates for various Non-IT roles, preferably across Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverages, Sales, and Service industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable profiles within the given timelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate effectively with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth interview and joining processes.

Required Experience

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition can apply.
• Basic understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A motivated individual looking to build a career in Non-IT Recruitment. Candidates with exposure to or interest in recruitment for Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverages, Sales, or Service industries will be preferred.

The candidate should have good sourcing and candidate-management skills, strong communication abilities, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards recruitment targets.
