Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely closure of positions.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-IT recruitment is mandatory.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
