Job Summary :

We are hiring Talent acqusition specialist to manage the end to end recruitement process. The Role Involves sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial assessments, cordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding expereince

Key Responsibilities:

. Understanding business requirements and hiring needs from hiring managers

. Source Candidates through naukri, linkedin, Indeed, Referals, social media and other channels.

. Screen resume and conduct initial candidate assessments

.Coordinate interviews with hiring mangers and candidates

.Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment trackers

Required Skills:

.Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

.Good Knowledge of end to end recruitment process

.Strong Sourcing and candidate screening skills
