Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
• Understand job requirements and prepare/search relevant candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, location, notice period, and communication.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Schedule and follow up on interview rounds.
