Non It Recruiter

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Work closely with hiring teams to ensure timely closures.

Required Experience:

• 24 years of recruitment experience.
• Mandatory experience in Non-IT hiring.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.

Preferred candidate profile
