Non IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for various industries such as BFSI, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Oil & Gas through end-to-end recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or consultancy firm.
• Strong understanding of non-IT skills including automotive, medical devices/pharmacy/retail/FMCD industries.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
