We are looking for a motivated Life Science/ NON IT Recruiter with 13 years of recruitment experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recruiters who want to build their career in recruitment.

If you have recruitment experience in Non-IT and/or IT recruitment and are interested in moving into Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment, this is an excellent opportunity to learn about the industry, specialized roles, and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and related roles.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in IT, Non-IT, or Life Sciences recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn Pharma and Life Sciences recruitment.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
