Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter with 13 years of experience in talent
acquisition and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and
hiring qualified candidates across various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
The candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions
accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and
other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Management
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process.
• Communicate interview feedback and updates to candidates on time.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding formalities.
Recruitment Operations
• Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and hiring standards.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment drives when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate profiles effectively.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with ATS tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
•
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
• 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in consultancy or corporate hiring environments preferred.
