Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT retail positions across PAN India.
• Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
• Ensure candidates join successfully and provide post-joining follow-up.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring retail requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
