Non IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for various non-IT roles through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
• Proficiency in using various tools such as ATS systems for tracking candidate flow.
