About The Job:

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to understand and fulfill client hiring requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Demonstrate a strong sales-oriented approach to successfully deliver candidates and meet business targets.
• Develop a good understanding of non-IT roles and corporate hiring requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Job Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in domestic non-IT staffing/recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Boolean and advanced search techniques is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• MBA / Master's degree preferred.
