About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BFSI Recruiter with 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-IT BFSI hiring. The candidate should have strong expertise in managing bulk/volume hiring, niche hiring, and leadership hiring across BFSI functions.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT BFSI positions.
  
• Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements within defined TAT.
  
• Manage niche and specialized BFSI hiring for difficult-to-close positions.
  
• Drive leadership and senior-level hiring across BFSI functions.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
  
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, BFSI domain knowledge, and role requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS, pipeline trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
  
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
  
• Ensure quality of hire, joining ratios, and recruitment TAT are achieved.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of BFSI candidates.
  

Required Skills

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI/non-IT recruitment.
  
• Strong experience in BFSI recruitment.
  
• Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring.
  
• Experience handling niche and specialized hiring.
  
• Exposure to leadership/senior-level hiring.
  
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
