Non It Recruiter

What you'll do:
Partner with department managers and executives to understand open roles
Understand hiring managers' requirements and define the ideal candidate profile
Write effective job ads and post across job boards
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri & other databases
Pre-screen, review applications, and conduct telephonic screenings
Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates

What we're looking for:
1+ years of sourcing experience in Bulk/Non-IT Hiring
Preferred: Experience hiring for BPO (Voice/Non-Voice Process)
Bachelor's degree or above
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal & problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of HR procedures and best practices
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong ownership and ability to meet deadlines/targets
