JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities across various non-technical roles. The candidate will source, screen, and shortlist suitable applicants through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, conducting preliminary assessments, managing candidate relationships, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and meet hiring targets within defined timelines. Strong communication, stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and knowledge of recruitment best practices are essential. Experience in bulk hiring and non-IT domain recruitment is preferred.
