Non IT Recruiter

Location: Can work from Coimbatore/Trichy location

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and other domains.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Work extensively on W2 hiring and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize VMS (Vendor Management System) portals to manage requisitions, submissions, and candidate tracking.
• Collaborate with Team Managers and Account Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build talent pipelines through job portals, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Stay current on market trends, industry insights, and recruitment best practices.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of recruitment experience in Non-IT staffing, preferably within engineering, manufacturing domains.
• Strong experience in W2 recruitment is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience working with VMS portals is required.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
