Non IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for heavy equipment manufacturing companies through headhunting, lateral hiring, niche hiring, and other non-IT recruitment methods.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Develop job descriptions and requirements documents for various positions within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly heavy equipment sector.
• Proven track record of successful headhunting, lateral hiring, niche hiring, or similar roles.
