Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions our esteemed clients in pharma, Biotechnology, chemical industry through headhunting, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring methods on technical roles.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with company culture and requirements.
• Collaborate with HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and plans to meet business needs.
• Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards in selection process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Proven track record of successful headhunting, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring experiences.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
