Non IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Provide consultancy services to clients on best practices in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
