Role Description The Non-IT Recruiter (Volume Hiring – Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for sales and other non-IT positions, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessment rounds, and maintaining candidate pipelines for multiple simultaneous mandates. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine selection criteria, and ensure timely closures. The role also involves maintaining recruitment reports, enhancing candidate experience, and contributing to process improvements for efficient large-scale hiring.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and general Hiring skills for non-IT, volume-based roles.
• Candidates should possess solid Recruiting experience, including managing multiple requisitions and high-volume pipelines.
• Candidates should possess strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills for working with hiring managers and candidates.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and sourcing tools, along with basic data/reporting skills.
• Relevant experience in sales or non-IT volume hiring, preferably in a recruitment agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Graduate degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are beneficial.
