Job Title: Non IT Recruiter - RPO Role (Chennai, Porur)

Role Overview
You will join an on-site recruitment assignment at our clients Chennai location, managing hiring requirements end to end and coordinating closely with the client team. After the initial assignment, you will continue with us on a remote basis and serve as Glove Talent Solutions point of representation for future Chennai opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer coordination and onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, referrals and social channels
• Coordinate daily with client HR and hiring managers to understand requirements and share progress
• Communicate with candidates in Tamil and English and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
• Represent Glove Talent Solutions in client meetings, discussions and onboarding activities
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and regular status updates
• Travel within Chennai or to client-designated locations when required.
• Support the companies recruitment requirements remotely after the on-site assignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• Hands-on experience in IT recruitment is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and English
• Strong client coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working on job portals, sourcing tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Professional, presentable and confident when dealing with clients.
• Willing to work on-site at the client location in Chennai

Assignment Details.

• Initial on-site assignment: 30 days at the client location in Chennai.
