Non-IT Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist (CWR)(Contractual role)

What youll do on a typical day:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and job specifications.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess candidates against role requirements and organizational fit.
• Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process to ensure positive candidate experience.
• Handle offer discussions, compensation negotiations, counteroffers, and joining follow-ups.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on pipeline, interview progress, offers, and closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely updates in SuccessFactors ATS/HR systems.
• Support volume hiring, recruitment drives, walk-in drives, employee referral programs, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Effectively manage multiple requisitions while ensuring quality and timely delivery against hiring timelines.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 4+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience hiring for Finance and Accounting functions, particularly Finance Shared Services roles.
• Experience hiring for roles such as Collections, Cash Applications, Billing, Accounts Payable, OTC (Order-to-Cash), and related Finance operations.
• Experience in recruiting for HR, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate, and other non-technical functions.
• Strong experience in both volume hiring and niche business-function hiring.
• Proven experience working directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing skills across Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Experience handling compensation discussions, offer negotiations, counter offers, and joining follow-ups.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and deliver candidates within agreed timelines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and interpersonal skills.
