Job Title: Non - Technical Recruiter

Location: Noida Sec 142Work from office (Mon - Fri)Shift timing: 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Administration, Supply Chain, and other business functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, employee networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary and discuss compensation, benefits, and joining timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Meet hiring targets, TAT (Turnaround Time), and recruitment KPIs.
• Stay updated with market trends, hiring practices, and talent availability.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
