Position: In-House Recruiter Non-IT / Internal Hiring (MALE)(Team Lead)

Experience: 5 to 5.5 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

About the Role : LanceSoft is looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to manage internal and lateral hiring across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong non-IT recruitment experience and the ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand hiring requirements by working closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Managers, BDMs, and business stakeholders.

2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

3.Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to achieve hiring targets and ensure smooth recruitment operations.

4. Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, compensation, and overall fit.

5.Manage the interview process, including interview coordination, feedback follow-up, and candidate communication.

6. Drive offer closure and onboarding, including salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and pre-joining engagement.

7. Conduct walk-in drives and bulk hiring for urgent and high-volume requirements.

8. Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular hiring updates to Directors, VPs, and C-level management.

Skills Required

1. 5 years of experience in Non-IT / Internal / Lateral Recruitment.

2. Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

3. Experience hiring for Recruitment, Delivery, BDM, Finance, IT Administration, Legal, and Banking/BFSI functions.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

5. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, bulk hiring, and walk-in drives. Experience in an IT Staffing organization is an added advantage.

Education Regular Degree is Mandatory.
