Job Description:

1.Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends and competitor landscape.

2. Recruitment Process Management

• Draft job descriptions and ensure role clarity.
• Post job advertisements across platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews (telephonic/video).
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/functional interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer.

3. Candidate Experience

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure smooth scheduling, feedback, and communication.
• Build a positive employer brand by providing a seamless candidate experience
