NON IT- Delivery LEAD

We are hiring a Non-IT Delivery Lead for a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur. If you have 8 to 12 years of experience managing service delivery, operations, or project lifecycles within core industrial sectors, we want to hear from you.

As a Non-IT Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across large-scale physical and commercial workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Lead, monitor, and manage end-to-end delivery of non-IT projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, delivering status updates, and resolving escalations.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage cross-functional execution teams to drive productivity and performance.
• Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve service delivery efficiency.
• SLA & KPI Tracking: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and resolve operational issues as they arise.

Role Requirements

• Experience: 812 years of core experience in operations management, service delivery, or project management in sectors like Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Automobile, FMCG, etc.
• Location: Jaipur (Strictly On-site).
• Skills: Strong stakeholder management, exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making.
