About the Role

Highspring is hiring Customer Support Executives to support annual report filing activities across different US jurisdictions. The role involves handling high volumes of data, validating information, and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of filing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• File annual reports for different US jurisdictions as per defined process guidelines.
• Perform data entry, data validation, and documentation.
• Review and process large volumes of data accurately.
• Use MS Excel to manage data and maintain records.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness before filing.
• Follow defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good English reading comprehension and communication skills.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high volumes of data.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/Commerce graduates preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.
• Candidates from Data Entry, Back Office, Data Processing, MIS, Finance Operations, Documentation, KYC, or similar backgrounds are welcome.
