Job Opening: Non-IT Recruiter

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Recruiters for both IT and Non-IT hiring with a minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on business requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up on feedback, offer discussions, and onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in Non-IT hiring
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Experience working with job portals and social media hiring
